TELSTAR CARDBOARD LUNG REMIX FOR THE OCCASION OF THE FUNERAL OF MARGARET THATCHER

This was Mrs Thatcher's favourite record, so what better way to mark her funeral than a very long  remix done largely by the computer on its own while I had  a bath.

" YOUR DAILY FEARS" JOHN HALL AND GLENN BOULTER AT THE SAO PAULO BIENALE

6 hours of "Your Daily Fears" edited down into 2 bite size chunks, oddly prescient in the light of the horsemeat scandal and the floods, chock full of versions of the theme from A Question Of Sport, Mr Ed,  Patti Smith covers, the horoscope sung to school piano and the seductive sound of the Barrow In Furness Tidetables as read by a BBC Siren from a rock in the South Atlantic.
Our thanks to Mobile Radio, our lovely hosts.

A live broadcast as part of  the Octopus Collective FON AIR programme, me and my good pal Pablo Mesqualito and a bunch of advertising flexidiscs,  tie-ins and other bizzare promos from the golden age of whatever this is.

BISCUIT TIN SHAMISEN.

The Biscuit Tin Shamisen, built during an Octopus Collective workshop led by Ryoko and Yuki Akama. Modified with a little amp, and further modified since  with an internal speaker.
